摘　　要：随着高职院校的快速发展,高职学生就业问题逐渐成为社会关注的热点,高职学生面对就业压力时采取怎样的应对方式呢?文章通过自编量表对南京地区6所公办高职院校进行调查研究,分析了南京地区高职院校学生的就业压力应对方式以及其在年级、专业、性别等方面的差异。Higher vocational students＇ employment problem has become a hot social concern with the rapid development of higher vocational colleges.What way should vocational students take in face of employment pressure？ This article researches on six public vocational colleges in Nanjing region by self content,and analyzes the coping style of higher vocational college students＇ employment pressure in Nanjing region and the differences of the year,profession,gender,etc..
