农民创业教育机制探讨

摘　　要：目前,我国农民创业教育存在着教育资源匮乏、教育内容与农业现代化需要相脱节、教育方式缺乏弹性、实施过程缺乏系统性、农民参训动力不足等问题,有必要创新农民创业教育机制。立足于农业生产实践和农民自身特点,整合农村成人教育资源,构建具有实用性、层次性、整体性特点的农民创业教育机制,是农民创业教育在广大农村地区有效开展并得以可持续发展的应然选择。At present,our peasants in business education exist the problems that resources scarce,the content of education and agricultural modernization needs to phase out of joint,the educational mode lack of resilience,implementation process of the lack of systematic;peasants in training of the lack of power,so it＇s necessary to innovation the education system.Based on agricultural production and the peasant＇s features,it＇s necessary for us to integrate the adult education resources to construct the mechanism of our own special business education.
