摘  要:2007年4月至2008年3月对中国深圳大鹏湾盐田港海域表层沉积物中浮游植物休眠体进行每月一次的周年调查,了解盐田港运行及周边经济发展对海洋环境的影响.鉴定出浮游植物休眠体54种,其中甲藻孢囊29种,硅藻孢子22种,其他休眠体3种.亚历山大藻(Alexandrium spp.)、链状裸甲藻(Gymnodinium catenatum)、旋沟藻(Cochlodinium sp.)、多边舌甲藻(Lingulodinium polyedrum)和锥状斯氏藻(Scrippsiella trochoidea)等有毒有害赤潮生物的休眠体在此调查中均有出现.浮游植物休眠体丰度变化范围为217~3514spores.cm-3,平均为1241spores.cm-3,数量上以硅藻和甲藻为主.离岸较近的海域硅藻孢子丰度和异养型甲藻孢囊百分率明显较高,营养盐质量浓度也较高,说明该港区近岸海域富营养化较为严重.沉积物中已萌发的空孢囊百分率较高,平均超过50%,表明盐田港的频繁扰动促进了沉积物中孢囊的萌发,使有毒有害赤潮发生机率增大.An annual survey of phytoplankton resting spore in surface sediments from Shenzhen Yantian Port was conducted monthly from April 2007 to March 2008.The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of the port operation and economic development on marine environments.As many as 54 types of phytoplankton resting spore including 29 types of dinoflagellate cyst and 22 types of diatom spore,were identified in the survey.Cysts of harmful algal bloom species such as Alexandrium spp.,Gymnodinium catenatum,Cochlodinium sp.,Lingulodinium polyedrum,and Scrippsiella trochoidea were observed.The concentrations of resting spore varied from 217 to 3 514 spores/cm3 with an average of 1 241 spores/cm3,and predominated by those of diatoms and dinoflagellates.Abundances of diatom spore and percentages of cyst of heterotrophic dinoflagellates together with the nutrient concentrations were significantly higher in St.1,indicating the higher eutrophic level in the inshore areas.The high proportions of germinated empty cysts(over 50% averagely)suggested that the frequent disturbance in the port area facilitated the germination of cysts in the sediment,thus promoted the occurrence of harmful algal blooms.
