摘　　要：人格作为人的社会性的集中体现,带有明显的职业烙印。以求真奉献呼唤主体性的德性人格、以好学深思探索创造性的文化人格、以感知注意追求审美性的审美人格,是学术期刊编辑的理想人格。德性人格、文化人格、审美人格的和谐统一与完美结合,是学术期刊编辑完成文化传播者使命的有效保证。Personality as an important manifestation of human sociality has salient imprints from the profession he or she is engaged in.The ideal personality of academic journal editors has the dimensions of ethical trait,cultural trait and aesthetic trait.The ethic trait features dedication and subjectivity,the cultural trait reasoning and creativity,and the aesthetic trait perception and aesthetic taste.The harmonious combination of the three guarantees the accomplishment of the mission of editors as culture disseminators.
