摘  要:[目的]探讨高血压、高脂血症、高血糖(三高)患者一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和血清丙二醛(MDA)检测的临床意义.[方法]检测125例典型三高患者NO、NOS、SOD和MDA的水平,分析脑血管事件与上述指标的关系,并与健康对照组比较.[结果]与健康对照组(CNⅠ组)及未发生脑血管事件组(CNⅡ组)比较,脑出血组(CH组)和脑梗死组(CI组)NO含量明显降低(P〈0.05);NOS含量无显著差异(P〉0.05);SOD含量无显著差异(P〉0.05),但CH组和CI组的SOD含量均有降低趋势;MDA含量均明显升高(P〈0.05),CH组和CI组之间MDA含量无显著差异(P〉0.05).CNⅡ组与CNⅠ组比较,各检测值含量差异无显著性,但CNⅡ组的NO、NOS偏低,SOD偏低,MDA偏高.[结论]血清NO、NOS、SOD和MDA的测定有助于发现其变化规律,对脑血管疾病患者的发生、预防和治疗有参考意义.[Objective] To explore the relationship between hypertension, hyperlipidemia or hyperglycemia and the incidence of cerebrovascular accident and its mechanism. [Methods] Serum malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in 125 patients with hypertension, hyper lipidemia or hyperglycemia were measured, and their relationship with cerebrovascular events were analyzed. The above indicators were compared between patients and healthy controls. [Results] Compared withhealthy control group(CN I group) and non cerebrovascular disease group(CN II group), the levels of NO in cerebral hemorrhage group(CH group) and cerebral infarction group(CI) decreased significantly( P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of NOS and SOD between CN I or CN II group and CH or CI group( P 〉0.05). The SOD levels in CH and CI group had the decline tendency, and the MDA levels increased significantly( P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the MDA levels between CH and CI group( P 〉0.05). And there was no significant difference in all indicators between CN I and CN II group, but the levels of NO, NOS and SOD were lower and the levels of MDA were higher in CN II group. [Conclusion]The measurement of serum NO, NOS, SOD and MDA is helpful to find the rhythm of their changes, which may be of great reference for the etiology, prevention and treatment of cerebrovaseular diseases.
