摘  要:张钢120t转炉由于前期操作水平低、采用汽车运输铁水、生产组织困难等,溅渣护炉效果差。针对这种情况,通过杜绝钢水过氧化、降低出钢温度、优化氮气压力及流量、调整溅渣枪位、留渣操作等,优化生产及溅渣工艺参数,适时调整供氧制度及其他工艺制度,并结合喷补等方式,使护炉获得很好效果,炉龄达到7132次且仍在使用中。Zhangdian Steel newly built a 120 t combined blowing converter.Because of low prophase operation level,transporting molten iron by motors and difficult production organization,the effects of slag splashing for protection of converter were poor.In view of this situation,through stopping the molten steel peroxidation,lowering tapping temperature,optimizing nitrogen pressure and flow adjusting the height of lance for slag splashing,remaining slag operation,timely adjusting the oxygen supply and other process systems and combining gunning manners,the effect of slag splashing was improved markedly.Then a campaign of 7312 heats was obtained and was still in use.
