工程设计企业流程导向的知识管理系统框架研究

摘　　要：本文基于知识管理的相关理论,总结提出并诠释了知识活动的不同类型,阐述了知识活动与业务流程和知识系统的关系,在剖析国内外企业实施知识管理最佳实践的基础上,结合工程设计企业的业务特征及知识管理的任务、重点和特点,以基于流程的知识活动为立足点,提出了工程设计企业知识管理系统的参考框架,简述了框架涉及的三个一级子系统与十一个二级子系统的功能。Based on the correlative theory of knowledge management,this paper analyzes the different types of knowledge activities,and expounds the relationship between knowledge activities and business processes and the relationship between knowledge activities and knowledge system,and focuses on comparative analysis of domestic and foreign enterprise practice in knowledge management.Combined with business features of engineering design enterprise and the object and emphases and characteristic of knowledge management,this paper puts forward process knowledge management system framework in engineering design enterprise and outlines three main sub-systems and eleven secondary sub-systems.
