摘 要:本文介绍了量化管理模式的主要内容、人员组成、具体实施及临床实习成绩考核情况,并讨论了临床医学人才应当具备的基本素质、实践教学量化管理体系建立的意义。实践证明,按照该体系要求进行实习和考评的学生优良率明显提高。评估体系考核内容全面,标准具体,指标量化,操作性强,有利于提高学生的临床技能,是一种提高教学质量的有效方法。In this paper, the main contents of quantitative management, personnel composition, the concrete implementation of quantitative management and clinical practice performance assessment procedures were introduced. We also discussed the basic quality of the clinical medical personnel the significance of practicing the teaching quantitative management system. Conclusions : The evaluation of students who have done their clerkships according to the system requirements has improved significantly. The system is easy to practice, it has comprehensive contents, concrete standards and quantified index. It will improve the clinical skills of students and also improve the quality of teaching methods.
