摘  要:心理契约是联系组织成员和组织之间的心理纽带,是人力资源管理的基础。建立高校教师和高校之间良好的心理契约,能够充分实现师资管理目标,使高校获得持续的人力资源竞争力。本文在分析高等医学院校师资队伍建设中运用心理契约的必要性的基础上,提出了树立以人为本的管理理念、营建积极和谐的人际氛围、完善激励机制、加强沟通交流、规划教师职业生涯、加强教师自我管理、培育教师职业道德的举措,以构建高等医学院校师资队伍良好的心理契约。Psychological contract is an important factor affecting the mental health of teaching management staff in medical universities. Psychological contract is a state of mental and physical exhaustion. Concerns about the burnout psychology of the teaching management staff are an essential link in team-building of human resources. In this article, the causes and the performance were analyzed and some effective measures were put forward to relieve such situation, such as establishing a "people-oriented" management philosophy, building the positive harmonious interpersonal atmosphere, improving the incentive mechanism, enhancing the communication, planing teachers occupation career, strengthening self-management of teachers, cultivating teachers' professional ethics etc.
