摘　　要：本文介绍了医学研究生双导师制的产生、内涵及其意义，并结合武汉大学人民医院医学研究生双导师制的构建和实施情况，对双导师制培养医学研究生的效果进行了评价，以期为高素质的实用型医学人才培养提供参考。Based on the construction and application of the double tutorial system in the cultivation of medical graduate at Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, the production, connotation and significance of the double tutorial system were introduced, and the effect of carrying out the double tutorial system in the cooperative training of medical graduate was evaluated. It provided essential evidences for culturing the advanced medical talents.
