摘  要:以尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)cs-28为研究对象,设置不同比例的葡萄糖木糖混合发酵生产乙醇。结果表明:葡萄糖在混合糖中被优先利用。葡萄糖的存在限制了木糖的利用,并且当葡萄糖消耗完,尖孢镰刀菌对木糖的利用也有个适应过程。在单糖发酵中,葡萄糖的消耗速率(0.248g.L-1.h-1)高于木糖的消耗速率(0.159g.L-1.h-1)。在葡萄糖发酵中,最大乙醇产量为8.50g.L-1,而木糖发酵中,最大乙醇产量为5.77g.L-1。但菌体干质量正好相反,在葡萄糖上最大菌体干质量为4.67g.L-1,而在木糖上最大菌体干质量为6.18g.L-1。葡萄糖发酵周期(3d)比木糖发酵周期(7d)短。A study was conducted to produce ethanol with various proportions of glucose/xylose mixture by Fusarium oxysporum strain cs-28.Glucose was utilized firstly in fermentation of sugar mixture,and xylose was used after glucose was exhausted.Xylose consumption was limited in the presence of glucose.Furthermore,there was a period of adjustment in sugar mixture fermentation for F.oxysporum to the utilized xylose to produce ethanol when the glucose was used up.The average consumption rate of glucose (0.248 g·L^-1h^-1) was higher than that of xylose (0.159 g·L^-1h^-1) in fermentation of single sugar.The maximum ethanol yields for the fermentation of glucose and xylose were 8.50 and 5.77 g·L^-1at the 48 h and 96 h,respectively.The highest biomass (6.18 g·L^-1 was obtained in fermentation of pure xylose and the lowest one (4.67 g·L^-1 in fermentation of glucose.The fermentation period of glucose(3 days) is shorter than that of xylose(7 days).
