摘　　要：本文通过化学专业毕业论文教学改革与应用型科研人才培养的实践,提出了一套新颖的毕业论文教学模式:以专利文献为基本背景资料,研究方案以产品为目标,研究过程彰显创新特色,引入业界导师提高学生科研的务实性,在实验室技术工业化过程中培养应用型人才,通过书写学术论文与专利来提升学生科研的学术性及应用性。In the paper,the practice of reform of graduation thesis and culture of application research personnel is discussed.A new teaching mode is as follows： using the patent literature as the basic background information and proposed products as targeted research program,introducing the industry mentors to the students for raising their practical experience in laboratory experiment.In this way students talents in writing academic thesis and doing practical experiments are fully cultivated.
