摘  要:模拟法庭教学有助于改善传统的以老师主体的填鸭式教学模式,提高学生的学习积极性,训练学生的法律思维能力,培养其法律职业能力和职业道德。同时也存在一些问题,比如过于看重程序的流畅性和完整性,而忽视了对实体法知识的训练;真正参与到模拟法庭角色的学生人数占总人数比例较低;教师不重视庭后总结等。为此,应该提高指导教师的专业素质和能力;强化实体法的运用;优化角色分配,提高学生参与积极性;重视庭后评议与总结。There is the furniture of moot court for the law major in our institute,so the teaching method of simulation court is applied for the department laws' lectures.The teaching method is conducive to change crammed teaching,enhance students' learning interest,training students' legal thinking ability and cultivate students' legal professional ability and professional ethics.On the other hand,there are some questions in the teaching method,such as placing too much emphasis on the legal procedures' fluency and integrity,the number of student of taking part in simulation court is small,placing less emphasis on summary.So we should enhance tutor's professional qualities and abilities,strengthen the use of substantive laws,optimize role assignment,improve students' enthusiasm,and emphasize analysis and summary.
