高等教育“行政化倾向”改革的路径探讨

摘　　要：当前,高等教育行政化倾向日益明显,由行政化倾向衍生的各种问题不仅影响高等教育的质量,而且势必影响国家核心竞争力的提升。文章从教育管理学的角度,对教育"行政化倾向"的概念进行了分析,提出了可操作性的改革思路,对改革的路径进行了探讨。Nowadays,the tendency of higher education administration is increasingly clear.Various problems derived from the tendency not only effect the quality of higher education,but also affect the enhancement of country′s core competitiveness.The paper,in the perspective of education management,analyzes the concept of administration,brings forward the operable reform and discusses the route of refom.
