摘  要:针对油气储运工程技术领域的特点,以强化该专业实践教学为目标,通过交叉学科的渗透与运用,开发了具有现场实际背景、功能齐全、直观性强、运行稳定的仿真教学系统。该系统涵盖原油管道泵站工况仿真和油库工艺流程仿真两大模块。应用于本科实验教学中能够充分再现工业现场的真实环境,增强学生对各生产单体及系统的认知程度,有效促进专业人才培养质量的提升。同时,对于拓宽工程专业实验教学思路,创新专业实验教学方法,完善专业实验教学模式等具有一定的示范作用。According to the categories and features of the field in oil and gas storage and transportation engineering,through the penetration and application of interdisciplinary field,the simulation teaching system based on site actual conditions,with an intuitive structure,complete functions,stable operation was developed aiming at reinforcing the practical teaching in this specialty,which covers the two modules of crude oil pipeline pumping station simulation conditions and depot process simulation.When applied to the undergraduate experimental teaching,the simulation teaching system can fully reproduce the real industrial field environment,enhance student's cognitive level of the system and production module,effectively promote the enhancement of the professional personnel training quality,and which has a demonstration effect on broadening the engineering experimental teaching ideas,innovating experimental teaching methods,and improving the experimental teaching mode.
