摘　　要：课程建设是高等学校的一项重要的教学基本建设,是教育教学改革的核心内容,课程建设的水平和质量直接影响着人才培养的质量。新时期必须要明确课程建设的内涵,理清课程建设的基本思路,在实践中对课程建设不断研究和探索,使课程建设处于可持续高水平的发展中,全面提高教学质量。文章阐述了齐齐哈尔大学本科课程建设的基本思路、具体计划、保障措施和改革效果。Course construction is an important part of basic teaching construction and the core work of teaching reform of institutions of higher learning.The level and quality of course construction has direct influences upon the quality of talents training.So,in this new period,in order to improve teaching quality in an all-round way,it is necessary to understand clearly the connotations of course construction and have a clear thoughts of course construction,continuously study and explore course construction through practice,and keep course construction in a state of sustainable and high level development.This paper expounds the basic ideas,specific plans,guarantee measures,and reform effects of course construction for undergraduates of Qiqihar University.
