摘　　要：中石化近年来不断吸收国外先进的管理理念和技术,并不断探索适合自身发展的管理道路,在人力资源管理方面不断地进行优化和完善,并针对出现的问题进行了探索和研究。In recent years,China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation is constantly absorbing foreign advanced management ideas and technology,exploring management path that are suited to their won development,and optimizing and improving in human resources management,and explores and studies against the problems that have emerged.
