摘　　要：全面建设小康社会的新时期,全球化、信息化、网络化条件下做好高职学生党建工作已成为一个极具挑战性的课题。高职院校学生党建工作存在着理念不够明晰、机制不够健全、程序不够规范、队伍不够适应、研究不够深入、学生理论基础不够扎实、学生党员结构不够合理、流动党员教育管理不够到位、培养教育内容与方式不够新颖、部门工作衔接不够紧密等诸多问题;出现这些问题,有学校、学生、社会等多方面的原因;解决这些问题,可以采取明晰党建工作理念,构建一体化的教育培养体系,构建质量评价体系、构建工作责任体系、创新工作思路、创新工作载体、培育工作特色,造就专家学者型党建工作队伍等对策。During the new era of building a moderately prosperous society, under the condition of globalization, information and technology, how to do goods on Party work is a challenging task for vocational high school students. There are a lot of questions in the work of students＇ Party construction in vocational colleges. These problems caused by many reasons from schools, students and social. To solve these problems, we can take these countermeasures： take clear idea of Party work concept; build an integrated education and training system; construct quality assessment system and the responsibility system; renovate working ideas and vectors; develop work characteristics; create expert and scholar working group.
