摘 要:分析了多效冷凝制冷机组的传热和传质过程及风量、水量对机组冷凝效果的影响:空气与喷淋水交叉流动的结构可使多效冷凝制机组水泵的功耗更低;合理的风量及喷淋水量可强化水膜传热传质性能,同时使制冷量和能效比达到最大.以10 t保鲜冷库(0~3℃)为实验库,进行多效冷及风冷2种冷却方式下压缩机系统运行特性的对比实验研究.实验表明:多效冷凝机组很好地解决了高温环境下风冷机组排气压力、排气温度过高的问题,最高气温36℃时使排气压力和排气温度分别降低了0.73MPa,28.23℃,节能效果显著.Heat and mass transfer processes,wind force and water volume affecting cooling effect of units were analyzed.The structure of crossflow of water with air made pump of multi-effect condensed refrigeration units power lower.Rational air volume and water spray ensured its energy-efficiency ratio and cooling capacity highest,and heat and mass transfer enhanced.A ten-ton fresh-preserved storehouse whose temperature range was 0 to 3℃ was used as experimental subject.Comparative experimental researches of operation characteristics of compressor system were conducted based on air-cooled and multi-effect condensation,respectively.The experimental results showed that multi-effect condensed refrigeration units solve problems of excessively high exhaust pressure and discharge temperature of compressor in summer high temperature environment compared with wind cooling combination.When the maximum temperature was 36℃,28.23℃compressor discharge temperature dropped and 0.73 MPa exhaust pressure of compressor reduced and remarkable energy-saving effect was obtained.
