摘　　要：为适应社会经济发展对应用型英语专业人才的要求,突出应用型人才培养的特点,高职院校必须走"工学结合"的路子,通过校企合作,优势互补,建立一套沟通和涵盖学校、企业和市场的技能实训体系。基于浙江工商职业技术学院应用英语专业教学,通过对应用英语专业实训体系内容的分析,探讨了该实训体系的构建流程,充分突出了校内实训和校外实训相结合的"工学结合"特点。To meet the demands of social and economic development for special English talents,higher vocational colleges,characteristic of professional skills training,must adopt the mode of ＂work-and-study integration＂ to make full use of collaborative complementarity of colleges and universities.The paper,based on the case study of the Special English Major in Zhejiang Business Technology Institute,is trying to explore the steps to establish the skills training system,which highlights the characteristics of on-campus and off-campus access to skills acquisition.
