企业能力体系的动态演化分析

摘　　要：企业能力是现代企业理论研究中的重要关注点。在以往的研究中更多的是关注单个能力及其对企业的影响,很少关注到企业整体的能力体系。文章通过对制造企业能力体系的分析,探讨其中的动态特性,提出其本质在于能力的演化。并进一步指出企业在发展中应突破能力惯性来构建适应企业发展特征的能力体系,才能实现企业的持续发展。The research of firm capability is one of key research fields in modern theory of the firm. Most of prior researches pay attention to single capability and its ＇affect on firm, few researches focus on firm＇s whole capabilities＇ system. Manufacture firm＇s capabilities system and its dynamic characteristics are analyzed in this paper. The nature of dynamic capabilities＇ system is the evolution of firm＇s capabili- ties. Firms have to overcome capabilities＇ inertia to build new dynamical capabilities＇ systems, which supports firm＇s sustain development.
