摘　　要：随着社会对医学人才要求不断的变化和提高，现代医学人才必须兼具科学精神和人文精神，作为从医学生到医生转变阶段的学习阶段是这两种精神从理论到实践的转化阶段，这一阶段强化通识教育对培养未来医务工作者所需的伦理道德、职业习惯、社会责任感等人文素养的形成具有重要的意义，同时这一时期也是医学生专业科学精神和创新思维的起始阶段，这一时期强化通识教育是十分必要的。With the development of the society desire to Aesculapius, the modem medical must have both scientism and humanism. On the change period from medico to medical, stronger general education is very important to cultivate ethic and ethics, society liability and occupation custom of medical practice students. Meanwhile, in this period the medicine specialty science spirit and innovate idea is being radicated, so it is very necessary to strengthen stronger general education.
