刺槐花净油的GC-MS分析及在烟草中的作用评价  

GC-MS Analysis of Absolute Oil of Robinia pseudoacacia L. Flower and Appraisal of Its Effects in Cigarette

摘　　要：[目的]提取刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia L.)花净油,分析其化学成分,并对其在烟草中的作用进行评价。[方法]用无水乙醇从刺槐花浸膏中提取刺槐花净油,用GC-MS技术对刺槐花净油的化学成分进行分析,并用S.H参比烟加香试验对其卷烟加香作用进行评价。[结果]刺槐花净油的得率约为65.88%。从刺槐花净油中共鉴定出了9种挥发性和半挥发性成分。刺槐花净油在掩盖杂气方面有明显作用。[结论]该研究可为中式卷烟加香开发新型的天然香原料,并为合理开发利用丰富的刺槐花资源提供科学依据。[Objective] The research aimed to extract the absolute oil of Robinia pseudoacacia L.,analyze its chemical components,and appraise its effects in cigarette. [Method] The absolute oil of Robinia pseudoacacia L. flower was extracted from its extract by ethanol. GC-MS technology was used to identify the chemical components of absolute oil of Robinia pseudoacacia L. flower. The absolute oil of Robinia pseudoacacia L. flower was added into cigarette to assess its usability. [Result] The absolute oil yield of Robinia pseudoacacia L. flower was 65.88%. Nine kinds of volatile and semivolatile components of absolute oil of Robinia pseudoacacia L. flower were identified by GC-MS technology. The absolute oil of Robinia pseudoacacia L. flower could significantly reduce the offensive odor of cigarette. [Conclusion] The study can provide scientific basis for developing new type of nature aroma material in Chinese type cigarette and reasonably utilizing rich Robinia pseudoacacia L. flower resources.
