摘　　要：促进职业指导的现代化是欧盟职业教育现代化的重要举措之一，职业指导通过支持个人获得教育成就和提高个人职业生涯决策的有效性促进里斯本战略目标的实现并推进欧盟职业教育与培训一体化进程。欧盟职业指导现代化的具体措施包括职业指导实践的改革、，职业指导工作者素质的提升以及职业指导研究的加强。Modernizing the IAG is an important measure of the modernization of vocational education and training in EU.IAG has an important role in achieving the Lisbon goals and promoting the integration process of VET in EU.IAG can support educational achievement and improve the efficiency of career-oriented deci-sion-making.Reforming the practice of IAG,promoting the professionalization of guiders and enhancing the IAG research are the measures to modernize IAG in EU.
