摘　　要：公安高等职业教育是学员在从警前,对警察职业所必需的基本执业知识、基本执业素质、基本执业道德等的基本思维与行为的学习和训练,具有基础性和职业性的特点。为促进公安高等职业教育的发展,适应现实和未来公安实践的需要,实现培养面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的现代警察职业人才的目标,公安高等职业教育必须突出公安职业特色,转变教育思想、教育内容、教育方法和教育制度,紧紧围绕"贴紧业务、贴紧一线、贴紧队伍"加大教育教学改革的力度。The probationary police officers are trained with basic and professional knowledge,quality and ethic at the college.Higher professional education for police must meet the needs of policing in order to accelerate its development.It must lay stress on its professional features and make necessary reform in its contents,methods,ideas and system,and furthermore close to the practice of public security work and police officers.Finally it can achieve the goal to cultivate the modern probationary police officers.
