摘　　要：引入概念矩函数、方差函数、高阶方差,运用组合数学与概率论相关知识得到3个引理与1个定理,从而解决了n进制数字和函数的p次均值问题,得到几个均值计算公式.With the introducing of such concepts as moment function,variance function,higher order variance and the application of combinatorics and the theory of probability,the research obtained three lemmas and a theorem,which solves the N-binary problem and the mean value of function′s P times,and obtains several mean value theorems.
