摘　　要：越来越卷入社会事务中的大学不再只是传播和创新高深知识的场所,它既需要保持学术的创新力和活力,也需要接受行政权力的监督和管理。在我国,随着政府对高等教育的投入大幅增加,行政权力对大学干涉也越来越多,导致了大学"行政化"的倾向。面对大学"行政化"带来的一系列弊端,"去行政化"的呼声越来越高。还大学以学术自治和自由,把学校当学校办则是"去行政化"的本质。A university deeply involved in social affairs is not merely a place for creating and spreading advanced knowledge. That is why it needs not only to keep its academic creativity and activity, but also to be supervised by the government. With the growth of the investment in higher education from the Chinese government, the intervention from the administrative power mounts up, which leads to the administration-dominated management in universities. Owing to a series of demerits accompanied by the administration orientation, appeals for de-administration are being made from time to time. And giving academic freedom and autonomy to universities and treat them as an academic institution rather than an administrative one is the essence of de-administration.
