摘　　要：实践性教学是实现创新人才培养目标的重要教学环节。探讨了实践性教学的内涵和目前存在的主要问题。在对实践教学体系进行研究的基础上,对如何加强实践性教学环节,促进热能与动力工程专业制冷与空调方向创新人才培养进行了初步探讨,试图构建特色实践教学体系并付诸实施。The pract talents.
