摘  要:采用同时蒸馏萃取装置提取收集,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对光照和黑暗条件下培养的铜绿微囊藻挥发性成分进行了分离和鉴定。分离并鉴定了56种化合物,光下41种,暗下39种,其中24种为共有物质。暗下生长较光下生长的铜绿微囊藻中,醇类所占比例明显下降(由光下47.69%下降为暗下5.19%),烷类、烯类、苯类物质略有下降;而酸类所占比例明显上升(光下为0.78%,暗下为12.93%),酮类、胺类、酯类所占比例也明显上升。The volatile compounds of Microcystis aeruginosa Kuitz cultured under light and dark conditions were prepared with simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment(SDE). They were isolated and identified by capillary GC/MS method. 56 substances were identified totally. 41 of them were isolated from culture samples growth under light, while 39 under dark. Compared to samples cultured under light, the volatile component of cells fi-om dark culture contained more acids( 12.93 % to 0.78 % ), ketches, amie amines and ester, while the ratio of alcohols decreased markedly from 47.69 % to 5.19 %, so as alkyls, olefins and benzenes.
