摘　　要：本文讨论了本校微电子专业方向的课程体系改革。改革内容包括拓展课程设置范围,设置专业模块和课程群,增加学生选课空间;将部分专业基础课前移至5学期和6学期;加强集成电路设计实验室建设,培养毕业生实际动手设计能力。校企联合可以实现优势互补,共同培养集成电路产业急需的专业技术人才。组织学生和教师共同参与教研可以提高课堂教学质量。This paper introduces the reformation in the IC design courses system for the department of microelectronic in our university. The reformation which include modular courses and cluster courses is setup, selection domain of students is expanded, and some courses are moved to the fifth or the sixth semester, EDA lab is setup to improve the exPeriment ability of students~ new culture method based on the union of the university and factory is achievement, students and teachers are invited to discuss how to develop the art of teaching.
