摘　　要：介绍了高校学科和专业建设的内容,阐述了高校学科和专业知识服务的必要性,探讨了学科和专业知识库构建的原则、方法,以实现学科和专业知识的有序化配置,为特定学科和专业用户提供个性化服务。This paper introduces the contents of the construction of subjects and specialties in university,expounds the necessity of the subjects＇and specialties＇knowledge services in university,and probes into the principles and methods for constructing the subjects＇and specialties＇knowledge database for realizing the orderized allocation of subjects＇and specialities＇knowledge and providing individualized service for the users of special subjects and specialities.
