摘　　要：目的分析低颅压综合征的临床特点与MRI诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经腰穿测压证实的12例低颅压综合征患者的临床和MRI表现。结果本组12例低颅压综合征患者中均有特征性的体位性头痛,12例患者CSF压力<60mmH2O。MRI表现包括弥漫性硬脑膜强化12例;脑下垂5例;硬膜下积液4例;硬膜下血肿2例。结论低颅压综合征的MRI表现具有特征性,尤其是增强后硬脑膜弥漫强化征象对本病的诊断很有价值。Objective To analyse the clinical characters and diagnostic value of MRI of Intracranial hypotension syndrome. Methods The clinical and MRI findings of 12 cases with intracranial hypotension syndrome confirmed by lumbar puncture were retrospectively analysed. Results The typical orthostatic headache were presented in 12 patients. CSF pressurewere below 60 mmH20 in all patients, MRI findings of Intracranial hypotension syndrome including：diffuse enhancement of the paehymeninges in 12 cases; sagging of the brain in 5 cases; subdural effusion in 4 cases;subdura lhematoma in 2 cases. Conchlsion MRI findings of intracranial hypotension syndrome are characteristic, especially the finding of diffuse enhancement of the pachymeninges is valuable in diagnosing intracranial hypotension syndrome.
