摘　　要：本文在理解企业联盟知识共享含义的基础上,对联盟企业知识共享过程中的成本与收益进行分析,再运用经济博弈学中的完全且完美信息动态博弈分析法,对联盟企业双方进行知识共享的均衡条件进行探讨,求得子博弈精炼纳什均衡解,以期实现联盟企业双方知识共享利益最大化。This text emphasizes the meaning of knowledge sharing and enterprise alliances,and analyses the cost and gain of knowledge sharing in enterprise alliance.By the complete and perfect information dynamic game analysis,the author probes into the equilibrium conditions of knowledge sharing in enterprise alliance.The perfect sub-game Nash equilibriums are given,which will be beneficial to maximize the profit from knowledge sharing of enterprise alliance.
