摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职教育实现工学结合人才培养目标的重要途径,针对建筑工程技术专业人才培养模式、顶岗实习的特点和存在问题,对顶岗实习的教学与管理进行研究,探索顶岗实习的管理机制,加强顶岗实习的过程管理,建立顶岗实习评价体系,提高顶岗实习质量。Internship is an important way to achieve the training goal of work-job combination in highe vocational education. Focusing on characteristics and problems existed in the training modes and intern ships of Construction Engineering, the paper studied the teaching and management of internships and ex plored the management mechanism to establish internship evaluation system and improve the quality of in ternship.
