摘　　要：红色网络文化作为建立在互联网技术基础之上的红色文化形态,以其特有的传播方式和内容体系在引领社会进步思潮、提升国民素质,尤其是加强和改进大学生德育中具有不可或缺的重要作用。社会和高校应立足大学生德育的根本机理和时代特点,利用互联网技术的互动性、开放性、迅捷性特点,积极构建红色资源与网络技术深度结合的现代生态文化环境,使红色网络德育机制成为一种更具有生命力的良性循环的中国特色德育工作平台。Based on the social and moral education of college students should be fundamental mechanism and characteristics of the use of the Internet technology,interactive openness,quick and actively construct characteristic red resources and network technology,combining modern ecological culture of depth of network moral education environment,make the red one is more a mechanism of virtuous cycle of life with Chinese characteristics,the moral education work platform.
