摘　　要：简要介绍了当前我国可可液块和可可饼块行业生产和应用中存在的问题,以及《可可液块及可可饼块国家标准》GB/T20705-2006出台的背景。将国家标准与原行业标准的关键指标作了对比分析,阐述了国家标准的出台对于规范可可液块和饼块行业发展的意义。The problems of production and application of cocoa mass and cocoa cake in China are introduced in this paper,the reasons of enacting China National Standard of Cocoa Mass and Cocoa Cake GB/T 20705-2006 is also introduced.Key items of GB/T 20705-2006 are analysed being compared with China Industry Standard of Cocoa Mass SB/T 10211-94.And then,the significance of promulgation of GB/T 20705-2006 is brought out.
