摘　　要：建立番茄皮蜡中二十八烷醇含量检测的气相色谱方法。采用毛细管色谱柱:PE-5MS30m×0.25mm×0.25μ;程序升温210℃保持3min,9℃/min升至290℃,保持35min,22℃/min升至300℃,保持5min;进样口温度320℃,分流比60∶1;FID检测器;载气:氮气(99.999%),流速50mL/min;氢气流速:35mL/min;助燃气流速:400mL/min。该法简便、准确性和精密度好,对同一试样的4次平行独立测定的相对标准偏差为0.83%。A gas chromatographymethod for the determination of octacosanal in tomato peel wax was developed,using capillary column PE-5MS（30 m×0.25mm×0.25μm）,p rogrammed temperature（210℃-2 min-9 ℃/min-290 ℃-35min-22℃/min-5min）,vaporizer temperature 320℃,F ID,and carrier gas：Nitrogen（99.999%）with 50mL/min,hydrogen 35L/min.air 400mL/min,This method proved to be suitable for the separation and determination of octacosanol with good accuracy,sensitivity.the mean coefficients of variation of octacosanol were 0.83%.
