摘 要:在对教师权威文献综述的基础上,文章提出教师权威分为感召权威、制度权威、专业权威和传统权威四个维度。据此编制了教师权威量表,通过因子分析,显示:得到四个因子与理论一致;且量表具有较高的信度。研究结果还显示,教师的感召权威和专业权威随着学生年级的升高而显著下降;教师权威量表总分、制度权威和传统权威子量表分,在不同年级的学生中差异不显著。On the basis of literature review about the university teacher authority,this paper divides the authority into four dimensions: appealing authority,institutional authority,professional authority and traditional authority.Accordingly,the teacher authority scale is developed. The analysis results showed are as following:1.The scale's internal actor number is four which is in accordance with theoretical result;2.The questionnaire is reliable.It also indicates that the appeal authority and professional authority are dropped with higher grade;the teacher authority total score,the institutional authority and the traditional authority subscale scores are not significant in different grades.
