产训研融合的应用型工程人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：面对地方产业升级中人才质量的下降和企业招工困难的矛盾,如何培养适应地方经济发展的应用型工程人才,是地方性本科院校急需解决的现实问题。产训研融合的应用型工程人才培养以市场的需求为导向,把学生的综合能力和素质的培养作为重心,培养在生产、工程一线从事工程实施和管理的工程师人才。Amid the degradation of talent quality during the upgrading of local industries and the difficulty the enterprises are suffering in recruiting the workers, the problem of cultivating applied engineering talents for the development of local economy has become all the more crucial for local institutions of higher education. The industry- training- research training mode, as guided by the market demand, focuses on training students＂ comprehensive capability and quality with an aim to cultivating students into engineers for project implementation and management in the industrial and engineering sectors.
