摘　　要：江苏经济转型升级,人才需求量大,为职业教育可持续发展提供了坚实基础和巨大空间。江苏应在终身教育理念下,完善职业教育体系;坚持多元主体办学,优化资源配置,发挥政府主导作用;创新人才培养模式,优化专业结构,完善育人功能,办出特色,提高质量。With the economic transformation and upgrade,as well as talents high demand,there have been a solid foundation and large space for the sustainable development of Jiangsu Province vocational education. And the perfection of vocational education system in Jiangsu Province should be conducted under the concept of lifelong education. The government should play a leading role in it based on the diversification of school principals and optimization of resource configuration. Therefore the innovation of talent-culture mode,the optimization of major structure and the perfection of educational function lead to distinguishing feature and high quality of it.
