高校青年教师非酒精性脂肪肝与心理压力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过对高校青年教师心理压力与非酒精性脂肪肝检出率相互关系的分析,探讨青年教师中非酒精性脂肪肝发病率高的因素,为防治非酒精性脂肪肝提供思路。方法对我校35～45岁的青年教师共1147名进行体检,同时进行《生活方式自评量表》和《成人心理压力量表》的调查。将《成人心理压力量表》中得分≤50分的516名教师分为低分组,得分≥51分的631名教师分为高分组,把低分组和高分组中的非酒精性脂肪肝人数、生活方式、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)等检查结果进行对比分析。结果低分组教师中非酒精性脂肪肝、BMI、FPG、FINS、TG、TC、BP和ALT检测异常检出率高于高分组(P<0.01);低分组在生活方式中吸烟、酒精和药物、饮食习惯、锻炼和体能上得分低于高分组(P<0.05)。结论压力较大的高校教师非酒精性脂肪肝的检出率高,该人群多有不良生活方式、血糖异常、血脂异常、超重等。Objective To study relationship by the incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver and psychological stress,reason young teachers in the high incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver factors,to provide protection by improve the health of young teachers.Method Medical examinations of 1 147 young teachers were investigated on＂Fitness and Wellness for Life＂ and ＂Adult psychological stress scale＂.According to＂adult psychological stress scale＂in the numerical.516 teachers with less than 50 points were divided into low-point group,while 631 teachers were divided into high-point group,valuing greater than or equal 51 points.The number of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,lifestyle,body mass index（BMI）,fasting insulin（FPG）,fasting blood sugar（FBS）,serum triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）and alanine aminotransferase（ALT）and other test results were analyzed.Results Teachers in the low-point group the number of non-alcoholic fatty liver、lifestyle、BMI、FPG、TG、 TC、 BP and ALT testing was significantly higher（P0.01）,Low-point group in smoking,alcohol and drugs,diet,exercise and fitness scored lower than the high-point group,the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The detectable rate of non-alcoholic fatty liver of young teachers with psychological stress are high,and they are ofcen with bad lifestyle,blood glucose,blood lipid abnormalities,a high proportion of overweight.
