摘  要:目的探讨师范院校大学生对教师职业的认知情况。方法采用自编的教师职业认知问卷对388名师范类大学生进行调查。结果教师职业认知维度从高到低依次为性格型、奉献型、生活型、顺从型和无奈型。女生在性格型与生活型2个维度上积分高于男性(P<0.05)。师范类学生对教师职业的认知存在专业差异。结论师范类大学生对教师职业的选择动机主要是性格型和奉献型,师范类大学生对教师职业的认知存在性别和专业差异。Objective To investigate the teacher profession cognition by normal college students.Method To survey 388 normal normal college students using teacher profession cognitive questionnaire.Results The teacher Profession cognition dimensions from high to low in turn were dedication,personality,livelihood,compliant and resignation.Female undergraduate students in personality and livelihood were significantly higher than male undergraduate students(P0.05).There are major difference in normal students viewing teacher profession.Conclusion The normal students'choice of teacher profession is mostly based on dedication and personality.There are major difference and sex difference in normal college students' cognition of teachers profession.
