摘　　要："高校辅导员工作压力源量表"把辅导员的工作压力分为:工作负荷、学校管理与评价、角色冲突、人际关系、家庭因素、职业发展需要等六大板块。通过量表的实测,对高校辅导员工作压力源的系统分析,对工作压力进行调适提出建议。According to the stress scale, sources ot working pressure sullered by college advisors include workload, the school＇s management and evaluation, role conflict, interpersonal relations, family and career development. This article puts forward some suggestions on stress adjustment after sys- tematically analyzing the actual measurements on the scale.
