摘　　要：胜任力的概念为高校的辅导员队伍建设提供了新的视角,辅导员队伍的职业化发展和专业化培养要求我们对辅导员的胜任力进行深入研究。高校辅导员胜任力研究已经取得了初步的成果,但对高校辅导员胜任力的研究有待进一步深化。The concept of competency provides a new perspective for team construction of college coun- selors. Professional training and development of counselors demand intensive study of their competency, which has yielded preliminary results and has progressed from theory introduction to model building and empirical application research. Yet the study needs to be furthered.
