智能光电色选机的模糊专家系统设计

摘　　要：采用模糊控制对光电色选机阈值电压进行自适应调节,并利用专家系统对模糊控制器输入、输出变量的量化因子Ke、Kec、Ku加以整定,以提高整个控制系统的控制精度和自适应能力。通过在某公司生产的KST-240光电色选机上试验得知,色选机的选别率比人工调整阈值电压模式下提高了近一个百分点,且工作过程中喷射阀无常吹现象出现。阈值电压模糊专家控制系统不仅能通过阈值电压的自适应控制提高色选机的选别率,而且能降低色选机生产企业的售后技术支持成本。Fussy control is used for the self-adaptive adjustment of threshold voltage of photoelectric color sorters and an expert system is used to set quantization factors,Ke,Kec and Ku,of the input and output variables of the fussy controller to improve the control accuracy and adaptive ability of the whole control system.Through the test of KST-240 photoelectric color sorter made by a company,it is learned that the sorting rate of the color sorter has increased by 1%,compared with manual threshold voltage adjustment mode.Threshold voltage fussy expert control system can improve the sorting rate of the color sorter through the self-adaptive control of threshold voltage and reduce the manufacturers’ after-sale technical support cost.
