山东省高校体育教育本科专业田径普修课教学改革调研

摘　　要：对当前山东省体育教育本科专业田径普修课的教学内容、课时分配、教学方法、学生学习成绩评价体系和师资队伍进行调查研究。结果显示:多数院校的教学内容还没有摆脱竞技性项目为主的教学体系;技术课与理论课的课时分配不合理;学生学习成绩的评价体系正在逐步完善,过程性评价还不健全;教师大多采用常规的教学方法,现代教学方法的运用较少;田径师资队伍中高学历人才匮乏,师资队伍建设亟需加强。The authors investigated and studied the teaching content,hours distribution,teaching methods,student learning assessment system and teaching team with respect to physical education,Track and Field Course compulsory course of Shandong,and revealed the following findings： Most institutions don＇t get rid of teaching content of competitive project-based teaching system;technique classes and theory lessons distributes unreasonable;student achievement evaluation system is gradually improving,the process evaluation are not perfect;Most of teachers use the conventional teaching methods,the use of modern teaching methods less;faculty of track and field team lack talent with high degree,schools need to strengthen the building of faculty urgently.
