油茶活性成分研究进展与展望

摘　　要：弄清油茶籽和茶油的活性成分有利于改进茶油的加工工艺,开发营养保健型茶油,也会给油茶育种指明方向;将茶油加工后的副产物及油茶其他部分的活性成分开发成具有高附加值的化妆品和医药系列产品,或用于畜牧业生产中,其市场前景广阔。为了进一步了解油茶资源的化学本质和潜在的利用领域,实现油茶产业链的延伸,推动油茶产业的发展,综述了油茶籽、茶油、皮壳、茶枯饼和油茶叶中的活性成分、生物活性和药理保健作用的研究进展,并就油茶活性成分的研究前景进行了展望。Making sure the active ingredients in C.spp.seed and oil is benefit to improve the processing technology, develop nutritional and health-promoting camellia oil,and orient cultivar breeding.Byproducts and bioactive ingredients of C.spp.will be developed into high value-added cosmetic and pharmaceutical products,or are used for animal feeding products.The situation implies a broad market prospect.In order to deeply understand chemical nature and potential use fields of camellia resources,and to achieve camellia industrial chain extension,the bioactive ingredients and their biological and pharmacological activities of seed,oil,hull,defatted cake and leaf in Camellia spp.were discussed,and prospect of the researches on bioactive ingredients in C.spp.was described.
