单疱病毒性角膜炎血清和泪液锌含量的实验与临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨锌与单疱病毒性角膜炎（ＨＳＫ）发病的关系，应用原子吸收光谱法对家兔实验性ＨＳＫ和ＨＳＫ病人的血清和泪液锌含量变化进行了动态测定和分析。结果表明，兔血清锌含量在造模后初期一过性升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；泪液锌含量在发病期间一直下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），并与角膜病变程度呈负相关（γ＝－０．７２，Ｐ＜０．０５）。病人血清锌含量在发病期、痊愈后半年和正常对照组之间差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）；泪液锌含量在发病期低于愈后半年和正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），后二者之间差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。To study the relationship between the serum and tear levels of zinc and HSK,the serum and tear levels of zinc in rabbits and patients with HSK were dynamically determinated and analysed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The findings were as follows;Animal model showed that in comparison with the premodelling.theserum levels of zinc were temporily increased in early stage of the disease(n=20,P<0.05),while the tear levels of zinc were decreased in whole stage of the disease(n=20,P<0.01,P<0.05).The significantly negative correlation between tear levels of zinc and the degree of HSK had been found (r=-0.72,P<0.05).Clinical investigation showed that in comparison with the normal control,the serum levels of zinc in patients with HSK during both the sicken period and the recovery period were normal (n=21,P>0.05)while the tear levels of zinc were decreased during the sicken period (n=21,P<0.05),but normal during the recovery period (n=21,P>0.05) .The recurring incidence of this group in 3 years follow-up was 40%.The decrease of tear levels of zinc was secondary to HSK which was significantly negatively correlated with the degree of HSK.The results showed that topical treatiment with zinc is benificial to HSK.
