摘　　要：文章将目前还只局限于医疗护理活动中的自我护理理念,运用到大学生群体,通过对大学生自我护理意识与其健康水平的正关联分析,探索大学生自我护理意识的心理构成和建构路径,以此提高大学生群体的健康层次和健康水平,为中国特色社会主义建设培育高素质人才服务。This text applied the theory of self-care which is confined to the activities of medical care,to the college students.And on the base of the positive relevant analysis between the self-care consciousness of the college students and its health standards,we explored the psychological constitution of the students,self-care awareness and the way to raise college students in health standards and health levels,so as to service for nurturing excellent talent for the Chinese characteristic socialism.
