摘　　要：从发生场域、思维方式、逻辑形式以及追求的效果四个方面,研究了法律修辞学的特征。认为修辞学有着比较久远的研究传统,在当代的发展阶段主要表现为新修辞学。修辞学对包括法学在内的很多学科都有着比较深远的影响,法律修辞学就是其中的重要表现。The features of legal rhetoric are studied from four facts： the scene,mode of thinking,mode of logic and the effect which is aspired.The new rhetoric is developed in the contemporary stage of development of rhetoric.Rhetoric impacts many subjects,including the science of law;the legal rhetoric is one of the performances of the influence.
